IPPB Started SPARSH Center for Defence Personnel | SPARSH Center by IPPB

Defence pension has now been migrated to SPARSH system and pension is directly credited to their bank instead of payment by Bank CPPC.   The role of CPPC has now been discontinued to disburse the defence pension and all kind of administration of pension i.e sanction, disbursement, revision, grievance redressal and miscellaneous issued is now dealing by the SPARSH, PCDA Pension  and other related defence establishments. 

Some pensioners are still waiting for their SPARSH User ID Password.  Some pensioners still unable to login SPARSH Portal. Such kind of numerous problems are being faced by the defence pensioners regularly. The authority has considered the sufferings of the veterans.

To solve these problems, it is very difficult to  approach authority or any remote authority. So, Defence ministry has tie up with IPPB.

For the hero's who dedicated their lives to protecting the nation ,IPPB along with the Ministry of Defence jointly launches #SPARSH Service center , Now every defence pensioned can avail pension -related services for ex-defence personnel at any Branches of IPPB all over the India
